What changed
Most of this site is generated from the registries the product runs on, so it moves when the product does. That is useful and it is also quiet: a limit can disappear from three pages and nothing announces it. This is where it is announced.
Current as at 2 October 2026, checked against the product’s own capability registry — if the two disagree, this page fails to build.
2 October 2026
This site went up. Most of it is generated from the same registries the product runs on, so what it says about capabilities and limits is read from the software rather than written about it — including the page listing what PaveKeep cannot do yet.
14 September 2026
The demonstration network was re-seeded. It carries 9 roads and 94 segments, 8 of which nobody has surveyed and which therefore report as unknown rather than as zero. Every figure on this site about the demonstration is read from that seed.
12 September 2026
The proof pack was re-rendered: the three council booklets and the two evidence packs now downloadable were produced in that run, and each is published with the SHA-256 of its bytes.
10 July 2026
Unsealed roads became a capability of their own, scored on their own terms rather than by a sealed-road method — and a partial one: they are handled as a single group, and gravel, formed and unformed lengths cannot yet be reported separately.
Everything above is also in /facts.json, with what produced each figure. The things PaveKeep still cannot do are on their own page, generated rather than written.
